Delivery Time
Orders are usually prepared within 2–4 business days after payment and delivered in about 2–7 business days once dispatched. On average, you can expect your package within 4–11 business days, though timing may vary by location, season, or customs.

Smart Shipping Benefits
Enjoy free worldwide shipping on orders over USD 100. For smaller orders, a simple flat rate of USD 23 applies. All charges are billed in US dollars. Carriers may apply dimensional weight, fuel, or remote-area surcharges depending on your address.

Duties and Taxes
Checkout prices do not include import duties, VAT/GST, or customs brokerage fees. In most cases, these must be paid directly by the recipient according to local regulations. For select countries, a prepaid option (DTP/DDP) may be available upon request.

Order Value Limits for Smooth Customs
Each shipment is limited to USD 500 in product value (excluding shipping) to comply with customs and carrier rules. Orders above this limit may be split into multiple shipments or canceled at our discretion.

Trackable and Secure
Every order comes with a tracking number so you can follow your package along the way. DHL and EMS cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses, so please provide a full English name, valid phone number, and complete street address.

Safe Packaging and Support
We use international-grade packaging for safe transport. If loss or damage occurs, claims are handled under the carrier’s policies. General delays in transit are not usually eligible for compensation.

Returns and Customs Issues
If customs documents are not submitted or taxes remain unpaid, parcels may be returned or disposed of. Disposed shipments are non-refundable. Returned parcels in unused, resellable condition may be refunded for the product price minus shipping costs, duties, taxes, and carrier fees. Reshipments are processed as new orders.
