Shipping policy
Scope, Origin and Carriers
We ship to supported international destinations from the Republic of Korea. Parcels are dispatched through DHL Express or Korea Post EMS. Service availability may vary by country.
Order Cut-off and Time Zone
Order cut-off time is two o’clock in the afternoon, Korea Standard Time—GMT plus zero nine. Orders placed after the cut-off are processed as if received on the next business day.
Handling Time (Warehouse Processing)
Handling takes two to four business days, Monday through Friday, after payment confirmation. “Business days” means Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in Korea and in the destination country.
Transit Time (Carrier)
Carrier transit typically takes two to seven business days from hand-off in Korea to arrival in the destination country or region. Actual timing can vary by route, season, weather, or inspections.
Shipping Days
We hand over parcels to carriers Monday through Friday, subject to carrier pick-up availability. Warehouse processing is also Monday through Friday.
Estimated Total Delivery Time
Based on the settings above, the estimated delivery window is four to eleven business days. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Customs processing and local delivery conditions may extend the time.
Incoterms, Taxes and Duties
Unless otherwise arranged, shipments are sent under DAP or DTU—Delivered At Place, Duties and Taxes Unpaid. Prices shown at checkout do not include import duties, value-added or goods-and-services taxes, customs brokerage, or other government charges. The recipient, as the importer of record, must comply with local laws, provide any required documents, and pay duties and taxes directly to the carrier or customs authority. A DTP or DDP option—duties and taxes prepaid—may be available for select countries upon prior arrangement; availability and rates may change.
Shipping Rates, Currency and Surcharges
Shipping charges are paid in US dollars.
Free shipping applies to orders of one hundred US dollars or more—order subtotal, excluding shipping and any taxes or duties.
For orders under one hundred US dollars, a flat shipping fee of twenty-three US dollars applies.
Final billable weight may be calculated using actual weight or dimensional weight under carrier rules. Fuel and remote-area surcharges may apply per carrier policy. Additional amounts such as duties, taxes, and brokerage are determined by local customs or carriers and cannot be quoted by us in advance.
Order Value Limit (per shipment)
To reduce customs-related risk and comply with carrier policies, the value of a single shipment is limited to five hundred US dollars, excluding shipping. Orders that exceed this limit may be split into multiple shipments or cancelled at our discretion. Shipping charges, free-shipping eligibility, and any promotions apply per order, and splitting an order does not guarantee exemption from duties or taxes.
Delivery Issues, Returns and Disposal
- Lost parcels. If a parcel appears lost before or after a “delivered” scan, contact us promptly so we can open a carrier investigation. Refunds are issued only when the carrier officially declares the parcel lost.

Customs non-compliance. When duties or taxes are unpaid or requested documents are not submitted by the deadline, customs may reject clearance, resulting in return or disposal.
– Disposal or no return. Product and shipping are not refundable; storage or handling fees may apply per carrier rules.
– Return to sender. If the item returns to us unused and resellable, we refund the product price minus all incurred costs—outbound and return freight, any duties, taxes, or fees, and carrier return fees. Original shipping is not refundable.
– Reshipment. Reshipment, if desired, is processed as a new order.
Tracking and Notifications
A tracking number is added to your order details after dispatch. For some services the first tracking scan may take twenty-four to forty-eight hours to appear.
Address Requirements and Restrictions
DHL and EMS do not deliver to post office boxes or to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. Please provide a complete street address, postal code, recipient phone number, and full legal name in English.
Packaging, Damage and Claims
We use packaging suitable for international transport. Claims for damage, loss, or shortage are handled under the carrier’s terms and coverage. General transit delays are typically excluded from compensation.
Customer Responsibilities
Provide an accurate English full name, phone number, and complete address. Ensure accurate declarations and promptly submit any requested documents and pay duties and taxes.
